Headteacher Cover

In a world where Governing Bodies face increasing challenges associated with appointing long term Leadership positions such as the critical Headteacher role, there can be many obstacles to being able to find exactly the right candidate at the first (or even second) time of asking.

As a semi-retired headteacher with over 20 years experience in that position, Joe is a "safe pair of hands" available to support schools for medium to short term cover whilst Governors seek their key person.

Combining excellent Communication Skills and exceptional Emotional Intelligence, Joe is able to undertake immediate action in auditing key provision and advising and implementing Action Planning where necessary. Similarly, where a good understanding of the school exists with strong plans already in place, Joe can lead the school through the continued development already well under way.

Available for spells of - between a half term and  two terms in length, Joe is able to offer cover for 3 - 5 days per week.
